Amo 是給藏家的收藏管理應用程式——收藏建檔、版本辨識與行情參考，內建 AI 助理。我們重視你的隱私，本政策說明我們蒐集什麼資料、如何使用，以及你的權利。

1. 我們蒐集的資料

當你使用 Amo，我們會儲存：

• 帳號資料：你註冊時填寫的暱稱、邀請碼、登入用的存取權杖（token，加密雜湊後儲存）。
• Email（選填）：若你選擇綁定 email 供帳號找回，我們會保存該 email 並寄送驗證碼；僅用於帳號安全（找回／驗證），不用於追蹤或廣告。
• 你的對話與內容：你與 Amo 的訊息，以及你請它記住的事項——你的收藏資料與照片、提醒、待辦、行程、記帳、個人偏好。
• 用量紀錄：每日訊息數量（用於控管用量上限）。

我們不會蒐集你的精確位置、通訊錄或裝置識別碼，也不會讀取你的相簿——只會上傳你主動選擇的收藏照片。

2. 資料如何被使用

• 提供 Amo 的核心功能（回應你、記住你的事項、到期提醒）。
• 第三方 AI 處理：你的訊息與收藏照片會傳送給第三方 AI 服務供應商（OpenAI、Anthropic）處理，用於產生回覆、辨識收藏版本與估價。依供應商的 API 資料政策，這些資料預設不用於訓練其模型。註冊時我們會請你明確同意這項處理。請勿輸入你不希望被處理的高度機密資訊。
• 私洽配對（選填，預設關閉）：若你在設定中開啟私洽配對池，即表示同意未來將你的心願／出讓意向配對給圈內其他藏家私下洽談。此功能尚未啟用，啟用前不會分享任何資料，你可隨時關閉。
• 我們不會販售你的資料，也不會用於廣告。

3. 資料儲存與隔離

每位使用者的記憶與對話儲存在各自獨立的資料庫，使用者之間彼此隔離，無法互相讀取。資料存放於我們的雲端伺服器（Railway）。

4. 你的權利：刪除帳號

你可以隨時在 App 的設定頁選擇「刪除帳號」，或寄信給我們要求刪除。刪除後，你的帳號、所有對話與記憶將立即永久清除，且無法復原。

5. 資料保留

我們保留你的資料直到你刪除帳號為止。帳號刪除後相關資料即從正式系統移除。

6. 兒童隱私

Amo 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會在知情下蒐集其資料。

Amo is a collection management app for collectors — cataloguing, version identification and market reference, with a built-in AI assistant. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: the nickname and invite code you provide at sign-up, and an access token (stored as a cryptographic hash).
• Email (optional): if you choose to link an email for account recovery, we store it and send a verification code; used only for account security (recovery / verification), never for tracking or advertising.
• Your conversations and content: your messages with Amo, and what you ask it to remember — reminders, to-dos, events, expenses, preferences.
• Usage records: daily message counts (to enforce usage limits).

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or device identifiers, and we do not access your photo library — only the collection photos you explicitly choose to upload.

2. How Data Is Used

• To provide Amo's core features (responding to you, remembering your items, due reminders).
• Third-party AI processing: your messages and collection photos are sent to third-party AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses, identify the exact version of your items, and estimate value. Per these providers' API data policies, this data is not used to train their models by default. We ask for your explicit consent to this processing at sign-up. Please do not enter highly confidential information you do not want processed.
• Private-deal matching (optional, off by default): if you enable private-deal matching in Settings, you consent to having your wishlist / items matched with other collectors for private deals in the future. This feature is not yet active, no data is shared before it launches, and you can turn it off anytime.
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Storage and Isolation

Each user's memory and conversations are stored in a separate, isolated database; users cannot read one another's data. Data is hosted on our cloud servers (Railway).

4. Your Rights: Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen, or by emailing us. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data until you delete your account, after which it is removed from our production systems.

6. Children's Privacy

Amo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
